The Kyokushin Budokan is dedicated to preserving and promoting the values of true Budo Karate, as envisioned by the founder of Kyokushin, Masutatsu Oyama. Our mission is to ensure that Kyokushin Karate is accessible to all, regardless of age, background, or financial circumstance, so that as many people as possible can experience its physical, mental, and spiritual benefits. Through our teachings, we aim to cultivate discipline, perseverance, and respect in all students, shaping them into well-rounded karateka and individuals who contribute positively to society.
Our Vision
Kyokushin Budokan’s vision is to build a global network of dojos where the essence of Kyokushin Karate—rooted in the principles of self-improvement, respect, and humility—is practiced and shared. We seek to foster an environment where individuals of all backgrounds can develop their physical and mental strength, and where communities are enriched by the values of Kyokushin. Our ultimate goal is to make Budo Karate accessible to all and to create a lasting legacy of strong, compassionate, and resilient leaders.
Our Mission
We are committed to ensuring that our instructors lead by example and work tirelessly to guide their students in both karate and life. Every instructor is tasked with fostering a spirit of personal growth in their students, helping them to build confidence, resilience, and leadership qualities that will extend beyond the dojo and into their personal and professional lives. Through rigorous training, we aim to prepare our students not only to succeed in their karate journey but to become positive influences in their communities.

Our Goals
1. Global Reach: Our long-term goal is to establish a Kyokushin Budokan dojo inevery town and city worldwide, offering people from all walks of life the opportunity to practice this transformative martial art.
2. Inclusivity for All: We will work to ensure that Kyokushin Karate is accessible to the underprivileged, offering opportunities for those who might not otherwise be able to afford training.
This will include developing outreach programs and securing sponsorships to make karate available to everyone.
3. Athlete Development: We aim to create comprehensive tournament programs that will enable athletes to compete at provincial, national, and international levels. Through these programs, we will cultivate strong competitors who can serve as role models for future generations.
4. Community Partnerships: To expand the reach and influence of Kyokushin Karate, we will build strong relationships with schools, media, and government departments. These partnerships will help us grow our presence and foster greater awareness of the benefits of Kyokushin.
